Certain non-personal information may be collected while you are using the website(s), Platform and the Apps. This will comprise data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Reactore may collect and use this non-personal information to evaluate how the platform is being used.
4.6
Most non-personal data is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies. The website(s), Platform and the Apps pages may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies for data analysis and potential personalization of the platform and services offered. These cookies may fall within one of the following categories, which are based on guidance published by the International Chamber of Commerce:
4.6.1. Strictly necessary cookies: These are cookies that are required for the operation of our platform. They could include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of the website(s), Platform and the Apps;
4.6.2. Analytical/performance cookies: They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the website(s), Platform and the Apps when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way the website(s), Platform and the Apps works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. In this regard we have activated the Hubspot Analytics in relation to the website(s). We may link information stored in cookies such as your age, gender, interests and country with your personally identifiable information and we may use such information to gather statistics about the number of people who visit the platform and their ages, genders and interests;
4.6.3. Functionality cookies: These are used to recognise you when you return to the website(s), Platform and the Apps. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region); and
4.6.4. Targeting cookies: These cookies record your visit to the website(s), Platform and the Apps, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make the website(s), Platform and the Apps and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.
Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.
4.7
These technologies may vary, but in many cases may involve a small file stored locally on the computer used to access the website(s), Platform and the Apps, and may be used to store and collect information relating to your viewing and use of the website(s), Platform and the Apps. Information collected through cookies is used to create a profile of our users. A profile (to the extent you are required to create one) is stored information we keep on individual users that details their preferences, their use and request history and behavioral activity, and can minimise the need for you to re-enter information.
4.8
Most cookies expire after a defined period of time, or you can delete your cookie file at any time. Most web browser software is initially set up to accept cookies, or you may see a message on the website(s), Platform and the Apps requiring your consent before we store a cookie on your computer. You can reset your web browser software to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some parts of the website(s), Platform and the Apps will not function properly or may be considerably slower if you refuse cookies. For example, without cookies, you will not be able to set personalised preferences, and/or may have difficulty completing transactions.
4.9
Reactore may collect your computer’s IP (internet protocol) address and domain name address, the identity of your internet service or access provider, the type of web browsing software you use, your computer’s operating system, the URL of the web page from which you came to visit the website(s), Platform and the Apps and the language you selected for your web browsing software (collectively referred to herein as clickstream data). We use these technologies to identify our users, to help diagnose problems with our server or Apps, and to administer the platform and the services offered thereon.
4.10
Personal information given to Reactore may be transferred across provincial and country borders for the purposes of service provision, website hosting, data consolidation, storage and simplified customer information management.
