Dynamic Management of Material Flow

Material flow can be dynamically managed according to the stage of the process, or the attributes of the processed material itself based on user defined business rules and parameters.

The material flow feature allows users to have complete oversight of the material handling and processing flow according to targets and stipulated operating parameters. Geo-fencing and real-time GPS data for material handling ensure that the process is followed and key users are notified in the event of any deviations.

Material Flow Configurations

Material output types are mapped with user-defined characteristics. The required process flow is then created based on the material characteristics(‘’push’’) and / or the final outcome or product required at the end of the process (‘’pull’’).

Processing

Depending on the mapped process, the material is put through various stages of handling and processing, which are ultimately scheduled according to operational workflow requirements.

Tracking and Monitoring

The process is then executed and monitored on a map based material flow dashboard with real-time data being collation from various data sources along the material flow stages.
